Once we determine we're a good fit for each other, we'll reach out to schedule our initial Discovery Call. 

This phase kicks off with an initial Discovery Call primarily so that we can meet each other, but that's certainly not all. 

We also need to get a feel for the direction your company is going and how best to convey that through your new website. 

This meeting allows us to essentially catch your vision, and to discover your company's needs, aspirations, and expectations before moving to the Build Phase.

During this phase we lay the foundation for your website, based on the feedback we've received from you and your team.

This phase involves heavy collaboration when needed. Your timely feedback will be critical, as this sets the cadence for the speed at which we're able to work.

Our goal is to get your approval at every stage to ensure you are completely happy with your website at the time of completion. 

This should be called the 'We've Got You' Phase. Why? Because you can rest assured that your website will always have reliable uptime and speed, and will look great on any device.

Our team becomes your team, and will be available in the background should you need assistance. Need a quick change to content, or want to add a new pic? No problem! Our hosting and maintenance package includes up to 2 free changes per month. 

For complex changes, we'll provide you with a quote your are sure to be happy with. :-)
